Media Beats GmbH is currently looking for a Trainee in the field of SEA (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time to strengthen our team.

We are a full-service agency that offers our clients a comprehensive range of marketing channels. Our services cover traditional marketing, digital marketing (email marketing, SEO, search engine advertising, social media marketing, performance marketing), as well as web design, web development, and corporate design.

Your tasks

You will work together with our Senior SEA Specialist and take on the following tasks:

Support in the creation, optimization, and management of SEA campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
Conducting keyword research and creating ad copy
Analysis and evaluation of campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics
Preparation of regular reports and performance analyses
Support in developing new SEA strategies
Conducting competitive analyses and market observations
Participation in various projects and campaigns to improve visibility and efficiency
Knowledge of other channels such as social media (META; LinkedIn; Pinterest) and GTM tracking will also be taught.

Degree/training in marketing, communications, media studies
Initial experience with SEA tools (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and Google Analytics
Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
Creativity and a keen sense for appealing ad copy
Not a must, but a huge plus: knowledge of image and video editing (Adobe tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator)
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Independent and meticulous approach to work
Very good knowledge of German and English
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
