The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO. If the email contact aims to conclude a contract, the processing additionally occurs according to Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO. 

You can revoke your consent to data processing at any time; however, we will not be able to continue the conversation. To revoke your consent, please send an email to info@media-beats.com. After revocation, all personal data stored as part of the contact will be deleted.

As long as no revocation occurs, we reserve the right to send you information via email or newsletter.

- the personal data concerning you have been processed unlawfully
- the erasure of the personal data concerning you is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject

You may not request erasure to the extent that processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment or exercise of legal claims.

Right to restriction of processing

Right to information

In accordance with Art. 19 DSGVO, you have the right to be informed about recipients who have been notified by us of a correction or deletion of data or restriction of processing, at your request.

Right to data portability

In accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transfer this data to another controller or to request that we transfer it to another controller, insofar as this is technically feasible.
Freedoms and rights of other persons must not be affected by this.

Right of objection

Pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement.
